This tree was commissioned by the Chinese gallery,
Chapter 7, to be installed in their concept store in Hangzhou.
It is made entirely from polypropylene tubes and measures approximately four metres in height.
This video is a visual record of the two and a half months Tom spent living and working in China producing work for his solo exhibition at the
Chapter 7 gallery in Hangzhou in 2009.
Part of the video shows the making and installation of the PP Tree.
The video was produced by Chapter 7 specially for the exhibition.
